Preliminary Design Conceptualization and Optimization.

We provide a review of the preliminary design while in progress from its early rough stages such as to recommend and justify the main engineering criteria’s for the projects different fields, Geotechnical, Structural, Hydraulics, HAVC and Electrical. Considering the construction process, cost optimization and the Operation costs of the project once it is built. The product is a continuous follow up on the projects development producing an initial design guidelines manual for all the engineering fields specifically developed for the project, such as to help guaranty the quality of the design.

Structural Design and Detailing

We will do the Structural design for your project, using advanced computer software for the analysis and design together with our vast know-How in project construction and supervision to provide you with not only the design but also a high quality and extensively detailed construction drawings that will help reduce problems at site.

Value Engineering (Project Optimization)

Our Value engineering service is an organized effort directed at analyzing designed building features, systems, equipment, and material selections for the purpose of achieving essential functions at the lowest life cycle cost consistent with required performance, quality, reliability, and safety.

In building design, we consider alternative design solutions to optimize the expected cost/worth ratio of projects at completion. Our Value engineering elicits ideas on ways of maintaining or enhancing results while reducing life cycle costs.

We do two value engineering studies - one at completion of concept design and the second at completion of design development. In each, we identify and evaluate changes that could result in increased functional value (including customer satisfaction) in the completed facility while reducing construction or operation and maintenance costs. The value engineering effort is scaled to the project size, complexity, and status.

We concentrate value engineering efforts in the early stages of project design because early review affords greater savings and allows a change of direction, if appropriate, without affecting project delivery schedules. Emphasis is on obtaining maximum life cycle value for 'first-cost' the initial Investment budgeted for the project. If savings are identified, the project budget may be reduced, or the money may be reallocated, if justifiable, for features that would lend greater life cycle value to the building.
