Independently of your projects location, the authorities requirement to treat your sewage water at your effluent point is becoming every day more common, thus Increasing your initial investment and requiring you to operate your treatment plant for the projects life span.

We provide you with small footprint and self contained Plug and Play Systems, that provide long term security of operation and require very low infrastructure on your project requiring very low maintenance and intervention. Based on MBR technology that has been proven by the toughest industries standards. A space of 5m x 6m with a free height of 3m can be enough for a 80 to 100 apartment building

OUR OPTIMUM SOLUTION CONCEPT FOR YOUR WASTE WATER IN BUILDINGS

Thru experience and analysis we arrived to the conclusion that for buildings, wheather residential, hotels, hospitals or offices the best solution for treating the waste water generated should meet the folowing criteria:​

  2. That it can be installed as fast and easy as any other equipment for the building

  3. That it fits in the least space possible

  4. That does not require any outside equipment or vehicles for operation and maintenance.

  5. That it requires the least amount of maintenance posible

  6. That it can be remotelly monitored.

With that in mind after we recieve your projects information and influent data, we will design your system and layout, lookig something like this:

In aproximattelly 40 to 50 m2 we can treat 100m3/day of sewage water. to an effluent quality complying better than EN 12566-3, CEN 91 271 and USA regulations. with an Membrane Bioreactor.

The complete plant (i.e. Tanks, pumps, membranes, controls...etc..) will come completelly assambled on a 5.5m x 3.0m x 2.2m Unit, plus a sludge dewatering system, that bags the solids generated from the treatment for easy removal without the need of equipment.

The effluent depending on your specific conditions can go to the drainage system or to an infiltration well. Or with a minimun additional investment to your irrigation system. You will have no need for any messy sludge removal pipe truck service, to remove the sludge since it will be already dry and bagged, just for your ordinary building maintanance guy to take  out between 4 to 6 30 pound bags every week.
